You book classes directly with FORMA on Eversports, not through this form. You'll find every class with its booking link on the classes page.
Yes, for 2 to 50 people: as a private cycling class at FORMA or as a full-body workout at your place. I'll price it after your request, depending on the group and the location. If there are more of you, just let me know.
